The KRS Plan to Sell Your House:
If you are trying to sell your house, we are the experts to know. Our team will help you determine the market value of your home as well as develop ideas that may help increase your bottom line.
Along with helping you get your house "ready to sell", we develop a full marketing plan, for your approval. This plan includes: full-color brochures, open house, and advertisements in the real estate book, multiple listing service of athens, and our website. We will also furnish you, the seller, with business cards with your property information for you to give out to people you know. This is a great way to get the word out that you are selling your house.
When buying and/or selling a house, the bottom line is always the important question. Here at KRS, we believe that the quicker we sell your house, the more money we save. We are glad to share these savings with you by offering a time-frame commission schedule.
If we are able to have your house under contract within
30 days of listing, you should only pay us 5% commission.
60 days of listing, you should only have to pay us 6% commission.
After that point we move to 7% commission and stay until the house is sold.

- Find Your Style. We will pull a list of properties currently on the market for sale that are in your price range and match your "Wish List". From that list we will start to filter out your desires for your dream home.
- Take a Look Around. We will make appointments to see as many houses as you need. Our team can even help you find the diamond in the rough, if you are interested.
